Real Healthy Easter Eggs!!! Not so Impossible.
If you are trying to be ‘good’, you may be excused for thinking Easter today seems to be all about chocolate. I know my letterbox has filled for weeks with glossy brochures of Easter eggs in all shapes and colours. If a chocolate binge does not align with your health and fitness goals, but you still like to have something, this recipe should have you hopping with joy.
A simple, easy and very quick recipe with no sugar or other nastys, this is actually good for you. But beware, they are quite rich, so make them small. Decorate them as you see fit or don’t to keep them totally natural and sugar free.

Healthy Easter Eggs.
1 cup of dates.
1 cup of nuts.
2 tablespoons of cacao
5 minutes of your time = yummy Easter eggs
Process all ingredients in a food-processor until it is finely chopped and slightly sticky. You should be able to squeeze the mass together to make your eggs. If its not quite there, process a bit longer and add 2 tablespoons of water.
